FischerFIREPROOF® MW Steel faced through fix wall panel system with a mineral wool core

The panel system consists of two pre-finished steel sheets and a high-density mineral wool core. Depending on the application and desired thermal insulation, panel thicknesses from 60 to 300 mm are available.

The standard panel width is 1100 mm, with other widths available upon request. Colorcoat Prisma® and Colorcoat HPS200 Ultra® finishes are available.

Fire Performance

MW Plus panel systems are classified A2-s1,d0 according to the European Reaction to Fire classification system (Euroclasses) BS EN 13501–1 when tested on the internal face of the product.

Tata Steel have a library of fire resistance test evidence in accordance with BS EN 1364-1 and classifications in accordance with EN 13501-2.  Design options for the application of MW Plus panel systems are considerable, therefore to obtain the correct specification to meet your project needs please contact our technical department.

BES 6001 Responsible Sourcing

Revenues generated from the sale of Optemis Carbon Lite certificates are used to fund additional projects, generating further CO2 savings to be verified by DNV and speeding up our decarbonisation efforts.
