As the project lead supporting the continued growth of our affiliate companies, FX Build Solutions identified Colorcoat Prisma® by Tata Steel as the ideal exterior cladding solution for the new production facility shared by Structural Truss Systems and Forma Steel. Covering nearly 100,000 sq/ft of the building envelope, Colorcoat Prisma® delivered the durability, corrosion resistance, and long-term performance the project demanded.
When assessing exterior options for the insulated metal panel system, FX Build Solutions prioritized a cladding product that could withstand Southern Alberta’s climate while delivering consistent, lasting aesthetics. Colorcoat Prisma® met these standards, with more than 5,000 m² to be installed as part of the wall systems.

George continued: “We chose to specify Colorcoat Prisma® in White, Orion Matt (a contemporary grey shade), and the light, calming Oyster. All three are conservative colours and similarly toned, and so we felt they would blend perfectly into the surrounding environment.”
Production facilities were completed in June 2025 and operations and office staff have already moved into the new facility.
